About Main Road Self Storage

Convenient storage started in Johns Island, South Carolina in 1990 at Main Road Self Storage. We noticed the need in our area for members of the community to store their belongings in a safe and convenient location. Providing an essential service to those navigating through life’s changes starts with an idea and ends with a service that will help them succeed.

After some success, we opened another location in 2008 in Summerville, South Carolina. At this facility, we added some features not possible at our first location, but that does not detract from it. This location contains more than one floor. Both locations have U-Haul truck rentals onsite, and since both locations are smartly built, you can drive your large vehicle through with ease.
